Did you know
⢠Immediately after the scene where Hock runs in full '70s dance getup to meet with Mei and when he finally arrives, there is a truck in the background with a large blue covering on it. The purpose of this vehicle was not only as a set dressing, but it was used to block the camera's view of the catering area so that the crew would not have to move all of the tables and food to another location.
⢠The film takes place in 1977.
⢠Ah Hocks family home is situated along Mosque street in Singapore
