This, Benny Hill's last comedy-variety special, was not aired in Britain until two years after his death, upon which it was shown in two parts under the title "Benny Hill - Unseen," on 12 April 1994 and 16 May 1994.

This was the first episode in a new series for the USA network, where each show would be spotlighting a different city (hence "World Tour"), but Benny passed away after the first installment.

Released on video entitled "Crazy World".
