Did you know
• Dean Martin had a clause in his contract for "Something's Got to Give" that gave him approval of his co-star. When 20th Century-Fox famously fired Marilyn Monroe and tried to replace her with Lee Remick, Martin balked and insisted Marilyn be re-hired. Just days before Monroe's death from a drug overdose, Fox relented and agreed to resume production with Marilyn. It is not known if Monroe was aware of this when she took her own life.
