• A new Tick suit was created for each episode, constantly improving on the quality and practicality.

• Both of Tick's antennae were remote controlled, and were independently operated on set by a puppeteer.

• The pilot episode's version of the Tick suit was a one piece foam latex bodysuit, with the cowl attached underneath the collar bone. All subsequent versions featured foam rubber Tick pants, with the cowl/torso extending to the cod piece, allowing Patrick Warburton to go to the bathroom, and simplifying his suit-up.
