Storyline

Did you know

• The game has two endings - the one where Hana shoots Glas and defeats the King of Hell, and the one where Glas shoots Hana and defeats the daughter of the King of Hell. The two endings are both considered "bad" and neither of them is canonical. However, if the game is played on the hardest difficulty setting, the option to choose a secret third ending appears. In this "good" canonical ending, Hana and Glas team up to win the day and rescue their friends.

• In Underworld, Hana meets a mysterious figure in black who gives her a piece of a token, and later she meets a similar strange figure in white. According to Wikipedia, these are the Heibai Wuchang, or Hak Bak Mo Seong (literally "Black and White Impermanence"), the two deities from Chinese folklore. They are in charge of escorting the spirits of the dead to the Underworld, and as their names suggest, they are dressed in black and white respectively. They are the subordinates of Yama, the ruler of the Underworld in Chinese mythology, and the main antagonist of the game. They are worshiped as fortune deities in Chinese temples in some countries.
