• Sharon negotiated the family's contracts for the second season of "The Osbournes". Each family member will receive $5 million, for a total of a $20 million salary; MTV must also pay all expenses to build the family a new home, and pay for their dog's therapy bills.

• Aimee Osbourne also makes a few "shadowy" appearances. In the background of a few episodes her face has been blurred out. Sharon notes her presence in several DVD commentaries.

• In an interview, Ozzy stated that, while he was happy that certain broadcasts of the show outside of the United States, particularly the Canadian broadcasts, were uncensored, he actually preferred the censored version. As the cursing was more noticeable, due to the bleeps.
