Alone in the World
Bobby's mother dies and leaves him to care for the baby. Bobby, without any money or food, takes the kid to live with him in a barn. While the baby is sleeping Bobby runs off to steal some milk from a cow nearby. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson are seeking to purchase a farm. They are directed to the farm on which Bobby has his home. While they are looking over the grounds they hear a baby's voice and, tracing it to the barn, find the baby crying. They take the baby home with them, leaving a card stating where the baby can be found. Bobby returns and sees the card. He visits Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, and he and the baby are given a good home.
