Did you know
⢠Despite the cover saying Wes Craven Presents, Wes Craven had nothing to do with the production.
⢠The last actor in the final credits roll is Rutger Hauer as Dracula III, even though he does not appear in the film. This sets the stage for the sequel.
⢠As a sequel, the plot contradicts the previous film's epilogue which states that Mary returned Dracula's remains to the underground vault. Also, her father had used the vampire blood in order to extend his life whereas people in this film who injected themselves with the blood became vampires. In Dracula 2000, Mary's father specifically states he filtered the blood through the leeches. The people in the movie are injecting unfiltered blood.
