• This film is a compilation of some Japanese films intended to introduce the Japanese movies to Europe. 'Kaitô Samimaro (1928)', 'Kagaribi (1928)' and 'Daitokai: Rôdô-hen (1929)' are included in German version at Cinematheque suisse, while 'Kagaribi (1928)' is missing in French version at cinémathèque française. According to the history book on Towa Shoji, the exporter of the film in Japan, 'Kyôren no onna shishô (1926)' by Kenji Mizoguchi was also exported for the same purpose, however, has not been found in any known materials.
