• Many of the interviews were filmed at the Daughters Of The American Revolution's headquarters near the White House in Washington D.C. President Clinton was filmed in his office in New York City, President Carter at the Carter Center in Atlanta, President Ford at a hotel in Rancho Mirage, CA, and Secretary Kissinger in New York. Several other interviews were filmed in New York and San Francisco.
