• Christy Carlson Romano has later revealed that the original plan for The Secret Files was to have there be newly animated wraparound segments of Kim in a room being interrogated by Shego and the third Bebe who has been resurrected, later revealing that it's so they can convince her to team up with them to actually do good while the episodes that would've played were to consist of "Tick-Tick-Tick", "The New Ron", "Attack Of The Killer Bebes", "Bueno Nacho" and "Number One". Unfortunately, they couldn't get the budget that they had for it.
• The DVD version is in anamorphic 1.66:1 widescreen while the VHS version is in cropped 1.33:1 full screen format (like the original Disney Channel broadcasts).
