• After seeing the rough cut of the film, Gold Circle Films purchased rights to re-make it.
• Was initially intended to be a glossy production with CGI ghosts and a lot of special effects. After filming was complete director Pavel Ruminov and producer Ruben Dishdishyan decided to go for a grittier, more realistic look
