Did you know

Shot in Romania, most of it was filmed in Nicolae Ceausescu's unfinished Academy of Sciences building in Bucharest.

[at around 1h 45 mins] In the final shot, as Ben approaches the mirrored building, a little Korean girl in white with a bright pink sweater and her mother pass by the window. The characters are identical to those in the final shot of the original film, Into the Mirror (2003).

Amy Smart had to be fed through a straw for her big bathroom scene where her character has her jaw ripped off, as she obviously was unable to open her mouth.
