Even the AEW wrestlers have praised Khan for being very approachable with new ideas, as well as listening to what the fans want to see, his overall intelligence and business savvy, prioritizing the well-being of the wrestlers, and having younger wrestlers paired with and mentored by much more experienced wrestlers, a prime example being the pairing of Darby Allin with legendary wrestler Sting.
