• Die Windpomp began it's life as a AFDA film school student short film. ZenHQ Films producer Chris Roland saw a screening of the short, and immediately optioned it to develop into a feature length film.

• The Windmill (Die Windpomp) was originally produced as a 48 min AFDA film school graduate film, and swept the awards including best film, best script and best director. The Windmill received the highest public ratings in AFDA's history. ZenHQ Films loved the short so much they decided to produce the full length version.
