ā¢ The stage show had it's Broadway run at the Helen Hayes Theater on West 44th Street.
ā¢ For the filming of the show, Jay Johnson designed the device that dropped Spaulding from the ceiling. It worked perfectly every rehearsal and never worked properly during a filmed performance. Everyone was convinced it was because Spaulding was nervous.
ā¢ Director Bryan W. Simon utilized a 12-camera set up to capture all of the nuances of the stage play.
