Now suffering from aphasia after suffering a traumatic stroke, Meredith grapples with the feeling that maybe life isn't worth the mental and physical exhaustion put both on her and her family. She can no longer speak or write, the hospital food is close to inedible, and her niece has flipped her life upside down to visit her regularly. Meredith must decide if she'd rather persevere, or rejoin her long dead husband Charlie. The decision must be made quick, as a serial killer nurse has been making his rounds...and is all too happy to offer a little "assistance"
