• Though it went as far as getting an MPAA rating and having ad mats and posters designed, it appears that the films release was canceled. No evidence of the film playing any theatrical engagements has ever been found and it was never released on home media nor broadcast on television. No prints have ever surfaced and it is believed to be lost.
• It is believed that Scream, Evelyn, Scream! screened at the Cannes Marché du Film (aka Cannes Film Market) during the dates of May 10 to 25, 1973, under the title The Date.
• Scream, Evelyn Scream is the second, joint feature-film production by Hubie Kerns and William White. Their debut, joint-produced, written, and directed feature film was Brother, Cry for Me, which also starred another Batman television series alum in Leslie Parrish.
