DocumentaryShortBiography

'Fire and Spirit' reveals five sculptures that explore Jack Kamesar's philosophy of life and art. Working in Steel, stainless and bronze, Jack's work is inspired by his memories growing up in Israel and his deep connection to classical art. His work is both monumental and classic. Haunting, abstract figurative works were his primary focus until a river rafting trip down the Grand Canyon inspired him,at 79, to create his most recent body of work which is his interpretation of the walls of the Grand Canyon capturing 'Frozen Time.' The innovative and experimental music of cellist Joan Jeanrenaud matches the visual impact of the film's story.
