A NO-KNOCK-WARRANT turns deadly when Minneapolis and Saint Paul S.W.A.T enter a Bolero Flats apartment, executing Amir R. Locke in less than 9 seconds. When Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison decided not to bring charges, the family took matters into their own hands by getting legislation passed, and creating a blueprint for justice that shows Amir R. Locke's death is a modern day Emmett Till lynching. Amir was killed on 2/2/22 and the family asks that you become the Grand Jury that the family deserves.
