Sarah returns from the city to sell the mobile home she inherited from her late Aunt Hilda. She begins to find out that Hilda has not fully left the home - not in spirit anyway - and neither she, nor her neighbor ERIN want to allow SARAH to sell the house, as it is sacred and special to them both. SARAH gains the help of a local intriguing man named MICK (played by myself) and the two of them try their best to conduct a successful yard sale and clear up all of SARAH's affairs, so that she will be able to move east where she is to begin her new life and new career. Will her growing feelings for MICK keep her from leaving... or will something else?
