ā¢ At about 17 minutes, when Chris & Brent first visit the Seti Alpha 5 curio shop, Chris says "...so you think that this is an extra-terrestrial?" and the shop owner says "Absolutely". The shop owner (Lucille) is played by Dee Wallace who played Elliott's mother in "E.T. The Extra-terrestrial".
