• Before beginning the shooting of the movie, Dulqar, Nivin and Nazriya were made to take part in a grooming camp organized at Anjali Menon's house. This immensely helped in building up the relationship between them, who were playing cousins in the movie. Fahad Fazil was not allowed anywhere near the camp, considering the introvert behaviour of his character.

• Marriage of Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya Nazim got fixed while they were filming for this movie.

• The scene where Divya's parents take her to the astrologer, the narrator says "Edho Cinema le aaro parunadu bole...Kismat aanu mole" (Translation: Someone said in some movie, 'it is fate') This dialogue is a tribute to the late Malayalam actor Thilakan, where he says this dialogue in the movie "Usthad Hotel"
