Inspired by fitness podcast bro, Ryan Reps, Scott takes on the dreaded trifecta of adulthood self-improvement: clean eating, self-help books, and most importantly - exercise. Scott's neighborhood greenway is the perfect place for him to get his cardio in, but as it turns out, he's not going to get the trail all to himself. Between fending off a young lemonade salesman, falling head over heels for the girl next door, and dodging a hulking mystery runner who lacks spacial awareness, Scott's fitness journey takes some unexpected turns. Will he succumb to the pressures of being the new kid on the block, or will he earn his place on the greenway, one lemon to the face at a time?
