ā¢ Amy Loughren is now living in DeLand, Florida, with her two daughters where she pursues a life of spirituality in the aftermath of the murder case. In addition to being a registered nurse, she is both a practicing Reiki Master and a hypnotherapist.
ā¢ The story is based on American serial killer Charles Cullen. A registered nurse, Cullen murdered dozens, possibly hundreds, of patients during a 16-year nursing career, working in several New Jersey medical centers until his arrest in 2003. On March 2, 2006, Cullen was sentenced to eighteen consecutive life sentences.
ā¢ The production accords a post credit "Special Thanks" to nurse Amy Loughren, her daughters Alexandria Loughren and Maya Porter, and detectives Danny Baldwin and Tim Braun who helped solve the crime.
