• Due to its theatrical screening on 16th of July 2014 and the fact that the footage was mostly never seen before, this production could be considered a final theatrical film for a number of actors, including Calvin Lockhart, Frances Bay, Frank Silva, Jack Nance, Don S. Davis, Marvin Rosand, Catherine E. Coulson, David Bowie, Warren Frost, Pamela Gidley and Al Strobel. Rosand, Coulson, Frost and Strobel also reprise their roles in Twin Peaks (2017) revival before their respective passing in 2015 (Rosand and Coulson), 2017 (Frost) and 2022 (Strobel).
• David Lynch's final feature film before his death on January 15, 2025.
