Did you know
โข This was one of the first hardcore punk music videos to be aired on MTV.
โข Guitarist Rocky George and drummer R.J. Herrera appear in the video for this song, but did not play on the original album version, which featured Grant Estes and Amery Smith on guitar and drums respectively. George and Herrera did, however, perform on the re-recorded version of "Institutionalized" from 1993's "Still Cyco After All These Years", although Herrera (who had left Suicidal Tendencies in 1991) does not appear in the video for that version.
โข Tom Araya: from the band Slayer is the guy who pushes Mike Muir out of the way about 35 seconds after the beginning of the video.
