Did you know
⢠Writer and director, Elizabeth Chomko, based the events of the film on her grandparents, Cliff Becker and Patricia Becker. Patricia had a career in geriatric nursing administration and, in her later life, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. A black-and-white photograph of the couple is featured at the end of the film's credits, along with the dedication: "For Pat & Cliff".
⢠The pickup truck Bridget runs past and does a double take on has a sign on the door for Hoffsteader construction. Presumably a nod or subliminal homage to Douglas Hofsteadter, a notable cognitive science professor, and Hofsteadter's law which states that 'it will always take longer than you expect, even taking into consideration Hofsteadter's law.' Which is relative to the premise of the movie.
⢠The screenplay won an Academy Nicholl Fellowship for Elizabeth Chomko in 2015.
