⢠In season 3, episode 5: Martin, played by actor Paul Reiser, watches the 1982 movie Diner on tv. The scene he is actually watching shows a much younger Paul Reiser in his very first movie role.
⢠When the show announced its renewal for a third and final season, it was also revealed that Alan Arkin wouldn't be back and that he made clear to the producers doing the second season that it was his final season. When asked then why the season two finale didn't write his character out, sources within the show revealed that it wasn't clear if a third season was going to happen, so they chose to make a somewhat happy ending for the character in case they didn't return.
⢠Reportedly Netflix wanted longer seasons from season 2 on, but Michael Douglas insisted to continue doing 8-episode seasons.
