• In July 2020, BBC Two and BBC Scotland announced that they had commissioned a 4-episode second series. Filming on series two would commence in Scotland in late 2020 for broadcast on BBC Two and BBC Scotland in the UK in 2021.

• On Wednesday, 11th May 2022, BBC Scotland and BBC Two announced that they had commissioned a 4-episode, third and final series of the comedy drama. Series three would see brothers Max and Jake return to Scotland from Chicago to a less than warm or straightforward welcome. The third series will also see a number of characters from series 1 and 2 return. Filming on series three would begin on location in Scotland later in the year and will premiere on BBC Scotland before airing on BBC Two.

• Lead character Max, played superbly by Mark Bonnar spends much of his time revisiting the Edinburgh suburb of Leith, home to his brothers record shop. In real life, at the age of 13, Mark attended the Leith Academy before moving years later down to England.
