Did you know
⢠Michael J. Fox was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1991 shortly after filming this movie. He first noticed symptoms during the filming, when he noticed a small, but persistent, tremor in his left little finger. In various scenes he is seen with his left hand in his pocket; most likely to conceal the twitch.
⢠Julie Warner's only nude scene in her career. Asked at the time how she felt doing it, she said, "Cold! Humiliation aside, and I'm not an exhibitionist, the hardest thing about it was that I was freezing," she explained. "Lou represents earthiness, and it wouldn't have been right for her to be in a Speedo."
⢠This movie was filmed in Micanopy, Florida, a small town of 650 people just south of Gainesville.
