Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Ahmed Best (Jar Jar Binks), Matthew Wood (General Grievous), Liam Neeson (Qui-Gon Jinn), Pernilla August (Shmi Skywalker), and Daniel Logan (Boba Fett/Clone Cadets) were the only actors who reprised their roles from the Star Wars film franchise. In the Season 7 episode The Phantom Apprentice (2020), Ray Park reprised his role of Maul, as he provided motion capture for Ahsoka and Maul's duel. Additionally Katee Sackhoff (Bo-Katan Kryze), Corey Burton (Cad Bane) and David Tennant (Huyang) all made their debuts on this show and reprised their respective roles on various live action Star Wars TV shows. Sackhoff reprised her role on The Mandalorian (2019) Seasons 2 and 3, Burton reprised his role on The Book of Boba Fett and Tennant reprised his role on Ahsoka.

In order to make the Clone Troopers sound like individuals, Dee Bradley Baker recorded every voice separately and gave each one a different inflection. He liked to write down a particular adjective for each one. For instance some sound a bit younger, others a bit more proper, whereas another may sound like a bully, or a grunt. During later seasons, he was able to record all of the voices in the same take.

The chest piece that Anakin wears is the same design as the one he would later wear as Darth Vader.
