Storyline

Did you know

• In the opening scene, all of the officers' SWAT uniforms have United States flags on them except for Lt. Dangle, whose uniform has a Gay Pride flag.

• Between members of the main cast and various cameos throughout the movie, all the cameos which were performed at the different tattoo parlors, this movie contains all 11 members of the sketch comedy troupe The State, who wrote and starred in the various sketches on their MTV show of the same name.

• The scene where the team blows up a whale is based upon an actual incident that occurred in Florence, Oregon on November 12, 1970: A beached whale was removed by explosions. Just as in the movie, there was property damage from raining blubber. Video footage of this incident can be found around the Internet.
