• Before the series was broadcast two of the episodes produced for the series were first shown in the television film Fcb TV Show No.1 (1955). The episodes featured in the film were Safe and Sound (1956) and The Knife Thrower (1956). They were featured in the film to give an idea how an evening's viewing would be like for the forthcoming I.T.A. channel for London. Both of the episodes were eventually given a separate broadcast on television in 1956.
