Did you know

• Jenny Boyd (Lizzie Saltzman) attended the same acting class as Candice King, who plays Lizzie's mother Caroline on The Vampire Diaries (2009). The two being in the same class and after she got the part, Boyd approached King in class and announced, "I'm playing your daughter!"

• By the time this show happens, there are presumably far fewer vampires than several decades prior and all can only come from Rebekah's sire line and what used to be Klaus' sire line after the connection being broken (which is still a lot of vampires because he turned so many). With Finn, Kol, and Elijah's deaths at different points in The Originals (2013), their sire lines were all proven to be killed as well. Rebekah switched bodies a few times and was killed in her witch body, but was never truly killed as a vampire, which would trigger the deaths of all her sire-lings.
